My own path of engagement has been profoundly affected by my time at Plum Village, a mindfulness community in France led by Vietnamese Zen Master, poet, and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh, and by my participation in an intensive program in Socially Engaged Buddhism through the Buddhist Peace Fellowship.

I am a member of The Institute of the Institute of Noetic Sciences which is an organization dedicated to consciousness and global transformation  and Young Women Social Entrepeneurs, which works with young women leaders within businesses, non-profits, and government organizations on a socially conscious agenda.

I have a masters degree in psychology and I'm currently working on my doctoral dissertation about the tradition of cultural transformation in depth psychology.
